Design responsive portal for The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), South Asia's largest hospitality company's, affiliated booking agents.

Aim
Design a platform for booking solutions that gives crisp insights about the available properties and relative discounts display to the agent. Interface that is intuitive, seamless, and one that also reflects the brand’s essence.

DESIGN BRIEF & BUSINESS GOALS
Facilitate IHCL booking agents a platform to make bookings for their customers and give them control over the tool by providing right property options and details, discounts, past and future booking details with agent login profiles. Provide Master admin rights to IHCL management with administer agent registration and data.

Approach
We looked at how to best introduce the extended portal as a part of IHCL brand and fulfil the need to access all the available booking location lists and options as well as agent specific features across various IHCL brands and locations. We took mobile first approach.

IHCL Management
IHCL wants to empower its corporate agents and their booking managers with a dedicated platform for quick bookings and edits.
We have partnered with corporates worldwide and aim to manage the agent profiles and offers, specific to the profiles with accurate available hotel listings. The number of agents are growing and its time that we have an overview and periodic reports of successful booking, cancelations and modification activity reports. The large need is to administer the agency accounts generation / cancellation and sub booking agents management as well.

Corporate Agent
" There are often requirements of make new bookings, edit or cancel them and we struggle and end up spending huge amount of time on current platform. "
We offer our bank employees of different branches around the world the holiday packages and some incentives. There is a large requirement of business travel as well.
It will help if we can have a consolidated dashboard and generate reports as well as manage our sub agents profiles and data.

As a direct contact of our employees and many times as an booking executives of our bank , we run the activity to search relative hotel and offers to make best desired bookings.
We also send weekly booking reports to our manager.
